Automatic credit returns
You are only charged credits for reports that are delivered. If a report cannot be produced — because the analysis provider rejects the file, fails, or does not respond within 24 hours — the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically, and you will see the return in your credit history.
Refunds of purchases
- Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Partly used purchases can be refunded for the unused credits, in proportion to the price paid.
- Credits spent on delivered reports are not refundable, unless the report was materially defective; contact support and we will review it.
Refunds are paid to the original payment method in the original currency. Depending on your bank, they can take 5–10 business days to appear. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
How to ask
Open a support ticket from your dashboard or email support@turnitingo.com with your receipt number (it starts with “NL-”). We reply within two business days.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
